Timeline

The committee is currently evaluating several qualified search firms and will meet with the top firms at the end of September.

We have put together a very ambitious timeline for the search so that some of the later dates in the process may take additional time but the committee will do everything possible to hold to these basic dates.

The timeline was revised December 21, 2010.

October 1: Search firm selected by committee.

October - February: Search firm identifies candidates for the committee's review.

Late-February - Committee interviews semi-finalist candidates

Late-February - Committee selects finalist candidates

Mid-March - Finalists meet with SMWC community

Late March - Board selection of the new president
