Favorite Basketball Player: Stephanie White
Favorite Basketball Memory: “It’s hard to pick just one out of four years of playing, but beating the No. 2 seed at the National Tournament when we were ranked 15th is definitely one of my favorites. Coming in second would have to be when Coach Bradley reserved the gym after playing Taylor and we practiced until 11:30 p.m. or when we weren’t in bed on time and had to do push-ups in the hotel hallway in our pajamas. At the time it wasn’t all that fun, but looking back now I can’t help but laugh.”
Favorite Quote: “Unless someone can look into the core of your heart and see the passion, or look into the depths of your soul and see the extent of your will, then they have no business telling you what you can or cannot achieve. Because while they may know the odds, they do not know you. Nor do they know the power of your angels.” – Sandra Kring
Season Outlook: “I don’t think that anyone can put a limit on what we can do as a team. Sometimes we even surprise ourselves. As long as we work hard and have fun it doesn’t matter whether we’re winning or losing, basketball isn’t just limited to the court it’s how we act off the court that really matters.”
