Garringer signs letter of intent with SMWC

Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College head cross country coach Danelle Readinger announced a new edition to the Pomeroy cross country team. On Friday, December 14, 2012, Stephanie Garringer signed a letter of intent to join the Pomeroys for the 2013 season.
“Stephanie has a strong drive and is always dedicated to her goals and team,” said Readinger. “She will be a great asset to us at SMWC and I am looking forward to having her on the team next fall.”
Stephanie ran all four years as a member of the cross country team at Delta High School in Muncie, Ind. She has also been an intern at the Muncie Star Press.
Garringer, the daughter of Mike and Jeanne, plans to major in journalism and minor in Spanish at SMWC.
