Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College head softball coach Mark Feller announced a new addition to the Pomeroy softball team.  On Thursday, August 22, Brooke Jordan signed a letter of intent to join the Pomeroys for the 2013-2014 season.

Jordan is a pitcher and first baseman from Harrison High School in West Lafayette, Ind.  She has won multiple state championships with her travel softball team and is a two-time World Series champion.  Jordan is a current member of the National Softball Association Hall of Fame for her World Series accomplishments.  At Harrison High School, she reached the state finals and finished runners-up in 2009. 

“Brooke is an outstanding young lady with tremendous softball ability and I am thrilled to have her here at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods,” said Feller.
