The admission decision is determined by the official cumulative grade point average (GPA) and the official SAT and/or ACT test scores. These academic indicators are also used to determine a student's merit scholarship. The cumulative GPA used is either the weighted or un-weighted GPA from the official high school transcript, whichever is higher. The SAT test scores are determined by adding the highest individual critical reasoning score and the highest math score from any tests taken. In addition, SMWC uses the highest ACT composite test score from any tests taken.
