Conferences & Non-credit Programs

The Office of Conferences and Non-Credit Programs conducts or host conferences, seminars, retreats, and other events for both adults and youth.

Facility Rental

Several large ballrooms and meeting facilities are available for public rental. If you are planning an event and need event space, please contact us today. We have a beautiful ballroom that can meet the needs of up to 250 guests, and several private meeting rooms that can accommodate 20-220 people.

Additionally, guest housing is available on campus.

Band Camps

Saint Mary-of-the-Woods is the perfect place for your high school's band camp. We can accommodate multiple bands. Typically bands of 50 to 130 find the facilities at The Woods very suitable.
