Library Facilities
The four floors of the Library, (opened in 1964) contain 64,000 square feet of floor space with a planned book capacity of 250,000. At present, the Library holds approximately 150,000 volumes. Areas within the Library that house special collections are:
- Law Library
- Community Education Center
- Curriculum Media Center
- Catholic Americana Room (See below)
- Presidents' Room, housing the rare books
- Earth Literacy Office
- Center for Women in Small Business
The Library maintains several rooms for meetings and classes:
- Two Seminar Rooms
- Alumnae Board Room
- Faculty Lounge with an adjacent kitchenette
- Audio-Visual Room
