Music
Successful music graduates attest to the excellence of the programs in music available at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. The music curricula at The Woods provide a liberal arts-based education planned to prepare students as music educators, music therapists, performers and studio teachers. Students can choose one of the following programs:
- Music "Core"
- Music Therapy
- Music Education
- Music Therapy Equivalency Program
- Music Therapy Graduate Program
NASM Accredited
The music programs at The Woods are fully accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music. The Music Therapy programs are approved by the American Music Therapy Association and the Music Education program is approved by the Indiana Department of Education.
Theatre
The theatre area at SMWC offers students a unique major titled "Women and Theatre" and a theatre minor.
