Laura Mabry's passion is to work with young children and their families to help them build a strong foundation of learning skills for the future. By offering children challenges in their areas of strength and guidance in their areas of weakness, she will help pave the way for many children to be successful in their lives. Laura is married and has a 7-year-old son. She valued the flexibility that the Woods Online program offered which allowed her to balance homework with her family, work and every day chores.
“I chose Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College because I wanted a college that viewed me as an individual. I also wanted to earn a degree from a liberal arts college. With Woods Online, I am able to balance my homework with my family, work and everyday chores. It isn’t always easy but it is doable with a ‘can do’ attitude. SMWC is a great college and I’m proud to be called a ‘Woodsie.’”

"I chose Woods Online because of the reputation of SMWC and the convenience of being able to work full-time and go to school.
My favorite thing about Woods Online is being able to work full-time , raise a family and still having the time to go back to school. If it wasn't for Woods Online I wouldn't be able to further my education.
My favorite class so far has been Healthcare Administration class because it’s what I am going back to school for. It’s interesting learning about how technology has change in the health care field."
