An Affordable Quality Education

As you compare the costs of colleges, you'll discover that our costs are less than the national average for private colleges. According to the College Board's Trends in College Pricing, the average yearly cost (including tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, transportation, and other expenses) is nearly $32,000 for students at four-year private colleges and universities; expenses at The Woods are considerably less.

Scholarships & Grants

We are committed to assisting students like you - who are bright, capable, and talented, and most of all, dedicated - in achieving the quality of education they deserve. To assist students in making The Woods an affordable option, we help meet the cost of attendance with institutional scholarships in academics, athletics, and creative talents. Federal and state need-based awards including grants, low-interest loans, and work-study options further assist students.

If you are a new, incoming freshmen student, you can also use our scholarship calculator, along with your high-school GPA and your SAT/ACT scores, to calculate your academic merit scholarship.

We're here to help you

We will work with you and your family to identify sources of aid that will make The Woods an affordable option. For more information, please visit the Office of Financial Aid.
