Academic Affairs - The Office of Academic Affairs is the academic administrative office of the College and the personnel office of the faculty. The Vice President for Academic Affairs maintains an open-door policy for both faculty and students.

Advancement Office - Those interested in making a financial contribution to the college should speak with the Office of Advancement.

Alumnae/i Relations - Graduates from SMWC should contact the Office of Alumnae/i relations for information about upcoming events and reunions.

Bookstore - Purchase text books, school supplies and accessories

Business Office - The business office handles all financial matters. From tuition payments to parking tickets, the staff of the Business Office can assist you with payments or refunds.

Career Development - Students interested in internships, employment, or tips for interviewing and writing resumes - should take advantage of the numerous resources offered by the Career Development Center.

Conferences and Facilities - Conferences and Facilities handles facility rental, conferences, camps, events, and non-credit programs. If you would like information about reserving an building or room for a special event or would like more information about the numerous non-credit programs offered at The Woods, contact us.

College Relations - College Relations handles the marketing and public relations of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.

Corporate Connections - a partnership program offering a 10% tuition reduction for employees of business and organizations that have partnered with Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.

Financial Aid - The Office of Financial Aid is responsible for approving loans and scholarships. Consult the Financial Aid Office for questions related to student loans, grants, scholarships, and other monetary awards.

Human Resources - Interested at working at our historic college? Contact Human Resources for information about applying for positions, benefits, and salary.

Learning Resource & Writing Center - Provides academic support for all SMWC students. The Learning Resource & Writing Center offers tutoring, writing assistance, CLEP testing, and other learning resources.

Office of the President - The President serves as the chief executive officer of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and reports directly to the Board of Trustees. Reporting to the president are the chief academic, development, enrollment, financial and student affairs officers.

Registrar - The Registrar handles all matters related to grades, classes, and major requirements. If you have questions about required courses, changing majors, dropping or adding classes, or withdrawing - contact the Registrar

Security - Campus Security is here to help! If you have a security concern or need assistance with a car problem, contact security.
