Rooney Library

Each of the meeting rooms located in Rooney Library has the technology resources for professional presentations using your own laptop or our computers. When setting up your event, please let us know if you will need the technology resources. Advanced set-up is recommended.

Meeting Room 1 (Faculty Lounge)

Capacity: 80-120
Rate: $150 per day

Also known as the Faculty Lounge, this large meeting space is perfect for presentations and meetings. Conference tables may be arranged in a variety of ways to meet your needs. This room is equipped with smart technology allowing for interactive presentations, large projection screen, theatre-style sound system, and wireless Internet. Located on the third floor of Rooney Library, this room will seat 80 people at tables, 120 seated theatre style. There is an adjacent galley kitchen with a commercial ice machine.

Meeting Room II (A/V Room)

Capacity: 50
Rate: $75 per day

Located on the third floor of Rooney Library, this room will comfortably seat 50 people. The ability to divide the space into two areas makes it perfect for small break-out group meetings.

Alumnae Board Room

Capacity: 24+
Rate: $75 per day

The Alumnae Board Room is perfect for small meetings and workshops. It contains tables and chairs that are easily moved and configured to meet your seating requirements.

  • Versatile conference table may be arranged in an oval, rectangle, circle or split into multiple tables.
  • Equipped with technology for presentations or webinars.
  • Space available on the same floor for break-out areas
  • Located on the 2nd floor of the Library (elevator access)
  • Capacity for up to 24 seated at the conference table.


President's Room

Capacity: 50-100
Rate: $100 

Located on the first floor of the Rooney Library, this bookcase lined, wood paneled room has parquet floors, and a marble fireplace. Able to accommodate up to 80 people for a lecture, it can also serve about 50 people at round tables for dinner or a meeting.
