Campus Tutoring Programs

The Learning Resource Center offers individualized peer tutoring in most course subjects, including:

• Algebra
• English
• Spanish
• Biology
• Accounting
• Equine
• And More!

Supplemental learning sessions and resources are available for designated courses in math, sciences, and foreign languages.

Open Campus Tutoring Hours

Open tutoring is held in Le Fer Hall, Monday - Thursday evenings from 6:30pm-8:30pm (walk-ins welcome!)

Online Tutoring for Distance Education Students

Woods Online students can contact the Learning Resource Center for online, real-time tutoring in the following subjects:

• English/proof reading/editing
• College Algebra
• Statistics
• Pre-Calculus
• Accounting I
• Accounting II
• Psychology
• History
• Biology

Online tutoring is offered Monday through Thursday from 6:30pm-8:30pm EDT.  Online tutoring is closed during all SMWC breaks.  Visist ww.smwc.edu/lrc for the "Talk to a Live Tutor" button that will direct you to the online tutoring program.

All tutoring services are free to SMWC students.
