The Avenue

All students, faculty and staff must register their vehicle and display a current and valid SMWC parking permit in order to park in a SMWC parking lot. Permits are issued to the individual applying for the parking permit, not the vehicle. Students, faculty and staff must also comply with all traffic and parking regulations while operating a vehicle on campus.

Student Permits

Students must register for a parking permit by completing the vehicle registration form through the WoodsNet Student Hub. New permits will be distributed during student registration.

Resident student parking permits are included with room and board.

Commuter student parking permits are $100 ($50 per semester).

Faculty and Staff Permits

Faculty and staff must register for a parking permit by completing the vehicle registration form on through the WoodsNet Faculty and Staff Hub. New permits will be available for pick up in the Office of Public Safety.

Faculty and Staff parking permits are complimentary to all full-time and part-time employees. 

Replacement Permits

For lost or stolen parking permits, student, faculty and staff may request a new permit by contacting the Office of Public Safety.

Bicycle Registration

Students may register their bicycle at no cost by bringing the bicycle and their student ID to the Office of Public Safety.

Parking Ticket Appeal Form

Any person feeling that his or her vehicle has been unjustly ticketed may appeal. Appeal forms may be completed online here.
