Ballroom, Le Fer Hall

Perfect for holiday parties, proms and banquets, the Ballroom in Le Fer has high ceilings and grand style in keeping with Le Fer Hall’s Italian Renaissance architecture. The hardwood floor, valences, and chandelier lighting add grace and period charm to any event. The room seats 250 guests.

Main Gym, Sports Center

Hamilton Arena, the home court for the Pomeroy basketball and volleyball teams, can be a perfect setting for a formal fundraiser dinner, speaker event, graduations, prom and more. The collegiate regulation-sized arena can seat 500 at tables on the gym floor.

Auxiliary Gym - Knoerle Center

Auxiliary Gym, Sports Center

Connelly Court, the practice gym, is perfect for award dinners or fundraisers. The arena can seat 250 at tables on the gym floor.

Small and Intimate Settings

Small event spaces provide an intimate setting for your community event. These spaces allow for 25 to 120 guests for meetings, retreats, press conferences and more.

Formal Parlor - Le Fer Hall - 1st floor

Formal Parlor, Le Fer Hall

The Formal Parlor is a perfect space for a meeting or small reception. Located in Le Fer Hall, this small, elegant room accommodates up to 25 people. Its furnishings reflect the Italian Renaissance architecture of Le Fer Hall. It is carpeted, has floor-length draperies, chandelier lighting and an inglenook fireplace.

Sullivan Parlor - Le Fer Hall - 1st floor

Sullivan Parlor, Le Fer Hall

This beautiful room accommodates up to 100 people. Directly across from the Formal Parlor, Sullivan Parlor is contemporary and casual, and provides a comfortable setting for a dinner meeting, retreat or small reception.

Ariens atrium in the Knorele Center

Ariens Atrium, Sports Center

This flexible 3,600 square foot space is located within the Jeanne Knoerle Sports and Recreation Center. It houses a large concession area with sink, counter space and food-prep area as well as four large flat panel TVs. There is plenty of natural light and views from the arched windows that surround the space as well. Ariens Atrium is directly connected to the outdoor space, Anne’s Terrace, and these spaces can be reserved together for a discounted price.

Outdoor Settings

Outdoor event spaces offer beautiful settings for your celebration. These spaces allow for 35 to 250 guests for meetings, cocktail reception, spiritual retreats, camps and more.

Sunken Gardens - in front of Le Fer Hall

Sunken Gardens, Le Fer Hall

Located just outside of Le Fer Hall, the sunken gardens are a beautiful and large outdoor area, perfect for parties and retreats. The space is surrounded by stately trees and greenery, the pace can accommodate 250 guests.

Guerin Courtyard

Guerin Courtyard, Guerin Hall

Located in the center of Guerin Hall this space is decorated with benches, shrubbery and landscaping. Perfect for a small get-together or meditation in a lovely outdoor setting, this space has capacity for 35 guests.

Guerin Hall patio

Patio, Guerin Hall

Located outside of Guerin Hall, the Patio can be used in a number of different settings from ceremonies to receptions. Tables and chairs may be used throughout the space giving it a much more inviting atmosphere. This space can seat 100 guests.

Anne's Terrace - Knoerle Center

Anne’s Terrace, Sports Center

Anne’s Terrace is a beautiful outdoor stone patio equipped with speakers. The patio lends itself well to ceremonies or gatherings as it sits between the parking lot, Knoerle Center, Goodwin Guest House and Rooney Library. Anne’s Terrace is directly connected to Ariens Atrium, and these spaces can be reserved together for a discounted price.
