Catholic Faith Scholarship
Let your faith help you be who God meant you to be
Spend your memorable college years at an institution founded by Indiana’s first, and only, saint. As a Catholic, you are eligible to receive the Catholic Faith Scholarship at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, an award which carries up to $20,000.
- Use your good academic standing to help you pay for college. If you have a minimum high school GPA of 3.0, you could apply for this award
- It’s renewable up to eight semesters
- It has two tiers. If you’re a student who intends to live at our castle-like residence hall, Le Fer Hall, you could qualify for up to $20,000 in tuition scholarships. If you’re a commuter student, you could receive up to $16,000
- To qualify, you must self-identify on the SMWC application as Catholic and attending a Catholic high school or church
- You have the opportunity to study at the oldest Catholic College in Indiana and immerse yourself in these holy grounds. What could be cooler than that?
- We are true to our promise. We’ve been educating for 180 years and our education is touted as one of the best in the region by “U.S. News & World Report”
