The Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College basketball team, the Pomeroys, play all of their home games at the Clinton Recreation Center, commonly known as the former Clinton High School Gymnasium. The Center is located at 301 Blackman Street, at the corner of 3rd and Blackman Streets, in Clinton, Ind.

Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College head basketball coach Deanna Bradley announced a new edition to the Pomeroy basketball team. On Thursday, May 9th, Mikayla Kinneer signed a letter of intent to join the Pomeroys for the 2013-2014 season.
Rayford signs letter of intent with SMWC
Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College head basketball coach Deanna Bradley announced a new edition to the Pomeroy basketball team. On Friday, March 8, Na-Shaunda Rayford signed a letter of intent to join the Pomeroys for the 2013-2014 season.
Allen breaks 1,000 point scoring mark
It’s not every day a player on the Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College basketball team achieves an individual milestone that caps four years of hard work and dedication. Earlier this season, Brittney Shaner broke the all-time school scoring record. Since then, fellow senior Whitney Allen has achieved an individual record of her own. In her game against Brescia University on Feb. 5, Allen surpassed the 1,000 point scoring mark of her career. This milestone doesn’t happen often and currently only eight other Pomeroy players have achieved such a feat in their four-year careers.
Pomeroy's season ends in overtime loss to Spalding, 77-71
In a game that could of gone either way, the Lady Golden Eagles of Spalding University had just enough in overtime to pull out a gritty 77-71 victory over the Pomeroy basketball team on Tuesday evening. The loss marks and end to the 2012-2013 season for the Pomeroys and the careers of seniors Brittney Shaner and Whitney Allen.
Pomeroys drop second straight to Robert Morris-Springfield
The Pomeroy basketball team was unable to rally back from a double-digit deficit in a 98-77 home loss to the Lady Eagles of Robert Morris-Springfield on Monday night. This was the second meeting between the two schools this season. Robert Morris-Springfield had won back on Dec. 1 (90-66).
