1. Why did you choose SMWC?
I chose SMWC because I wanted a college that felt personal, supportive and driven. The Woods gave me a place to grow academically, professionally and as a leader. Being close to home and having the opportunity to continue playing the sport I love, softball, made it the perfect fit for me.
2. Why did you choose your major?
I chose to double major in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration because I want to lead in healthcare with both compassion and strategy. These majors complement each other and give me the tools to grow into a well‑rounded, effective healthcare leader.
3. What is your favorite place on campus?
My favorite places on campus are the outdoor spaces. The vibrant flowers, peaceful wildlife and stunning architecture make The Woods feel like a place you can breathe, think and appreciate the beauty around you.
4. What is a favorite memory you have from your Woods experience?
My favorite memories from my Woods experience come from the moments shared with my teammates and friends. From long softball practices to late‑night laughs and spontaneous hangouts, those everyday moments created friendships that made campus feel like home.
5. How do you plan to stay connected to SMWC after graduating?
I plan to stay connected to SMWC by keeping in touch with my teammates, friends and mentors who shaped my experience. The Woods community is special, and I want to continue supporting future Pomeroys and staying involved whenever I can.
