SMWC to Host Christmas Concert Dec. 6

Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College’s Chorale and Madrigals will perform their annual Christmas concert, “Hope, Peace, Joy, Love” at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6, in the Church of the Immaculate Conception on the Saint Mary-of-the-Woods campus.

This year’s annual concert draws inspiration from the candles of the Advent wreath representing hope, peace, joy and love. Listeners will hear arrangements of some of their favorite traditional Christmas tunes, as well as several new compositions.

The groups are directed by Michael B. Boswell, MM, and Ronald D. Maurey, accompanist. The concert is free and open to the public.
