1. Why did you choose to earn your degree at SMWC?
I chose to attend SMWC because I loved the small, close-knit environment it has to offer students. Being able to connect with my professors one-on-one has been a key part in my success here on campus.
2. Why did you choose your major?
I have always loved working with the youth for as long as I can remember, and school has always been my strong suit growing up. Combining the two passions of mine seemed extremely fitting for my future career.
3. What is your favorite place on campus?
My favorite place on campus is the Conservatory of Music. Every time you enter, the sound of voices singing or instruments tuning radiates your ears with bliss.
4. What have you been involved in (student clubs and organizations, sports teams, etc.) during your time at SMWC?
I have been a tutor, member of the SMWC Concert Band, Indiana Student Educators Association (ISEA) member, Psychology Club member and Orientation Leader.
5. What is a favorite memory you have from your Woods experience?
My favorite memory I have from The Woods is getting to participate in the Woods Ring Ceremony with my fellow classmates.
6. How do you plan to stay connected to SMWC after graduating?
After graduation, I plan on attending Reunions, visiting during homecoming week and donating when I can on Woods Giving Day!
