1. Why did you choose SMWC?
I chose SMWC because of its ambitions for success through faith. I love being on a campus that makes a priority for everyone to be successful through support, motivation and commitment. The faculty and staff put faith in us and help us to get to where we need and want to be.
2. Why did you choose your major?
I chose Biology on the Pre-Med track due to my love for learning, my love for helping others and my passion for medicine. Being in healthcare is where I feel I belong, and the Biology program has helped me learn the importance of medicine and the human body!
3. What is your favorite place on campus?
My favorite place on campus is the Butler Outdoor Classroom. During the beginning of school and into the fall, I spend most of my evenings after class sitting outside doing homework or reviewing. It’s very peaceful and quiet.
4. What is a favorite memory you have from your Woods experience?
My favorite memory from my Woods experience is the people I have met along the way. I have met some amazing professors who have made my college experience something I will not forget and friends that are now a part of my everyday life, and all the memories that have come with those friendships.
5. How do you plan to stay connected to SMWC after graduating?
I plan to stay connected to SMWC after graduating through my faith in Christ. Attending masses at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, walking through campus just for a moment of peace and prayer and seeing others who share that relationship with God will all help me stay connected.
