The newly developed open-access peer-reviewed academic journal focuses on global leadership across multiple academic subjects and cultures. Beginning in January 2023, submissions will be accepted to be reviewed for the Spring 2023 issue. Global leadership practitioners and scholars from around the world are encouraged to submit either a case study, perspective-taking essay, or critical essay. During the annual virtual Global Leadership Institute Conference, scheduled for Friday, April 21, 2023, the editorial board of the journal will announce the inaugural Contribution of Excellence award winner drawn from the published submissions.
