Rotunda, Guerin Hall
Capacity: 70, Rate: $250 ($350 total for both Rotunda and Patio)
Located as you enter Guerin Hall, this space has an old-world feeling with its high, two-story ceiling and marble columns. Ideal for a small dinner, reception or ceremony, the rotunda will hold 70 people seated at tables and twice as many standing or coming and going as in a reception. The Rotunda is directly connected to the large front patio, and these spaces can be reserved together for a discounted price.
Margaret “Peggy” Kelly Deputy “PK” Parlor, Le Fer Hall
Capacity: 35, Rate: $350
Located in Le Fer Hall, this elegant and historic room accommodates up to 25 people. Its furnishings reflect the Italian Renaissance architecture of Le Fer Hall. It has a hardwood floor, floor-length draperies, chandelier lighting and an inglenook fireplace. The PK Parlor serves as a space for meetings or small receptions.
The 1840, Le Fer Hall
Capacity: 40, Rate: $400
Located in Le Fer Hall, this beautiful room accommodates up to 100 people. Directly across from the PK Parlor, The 1840 is contemporary and casual, while providing elegance for an intimate ceremony, rehearsal dinner or small reception.
Pietrus Parlor, Conservatory of Music
Capacity: 25, Rate: $100
Located on the first floor of the Conservatory, Pietrus Parlor is a formal area perfect for small meetings, gatherings or conferences. This space can accommodate 50 people seated at tables.
Main Conference Room, Hulman Hall
Capacity: 30+, Rate: $300
The Main Conference Room in the Woods Conference Center consists of one main room with an adjoining kitchen/dining area. Outside of the Main Conference Room is a small lounge and restroom. Flexible seating arrangements allow for meetings using tables and chairs or a retreat space using sofas and chairs for a more comfortable, relaxing environment. The Main Conference Center has capacity for up to 40 guests.
Woods Conference Center Room B and C, Hulman Hall
Capacity: 20+, Rate: $200
Perfect for a small meeting or workshop, Conference Rooms B and C provides WI-Fi, a large wall-mounted computer screen and seating for up to 20 people. You may reserve these rooms separately or the entire Woods Conference Center, which consists of a large meeting room with adjoining kitchen/dining area and two classrooms.
RJE Business Interiors Conference Room, Rooney Library
Capacity: 24, Rate: $100
Located on the second floor of Rooney Library, the RJE Business Interiors Conference Room is perfect for small meetings and workshops. It contains tables and chairs that are easily moved and configured to meet your seating requirements. It has capacity for up to 24 seated at the conference table. This space has Apple TV technology and wireless internet.

Rate: $50
Classrooms are perfect for small meetings and workshops. The typical classroom contains tables and chairs that are easily moved and configured to meet your seating requirements. Technology allows for maximum visual aids. Occupancy will be based on the specific classroom.
