Ideal for a small dinner, reception or ceremony, the rotunda will hold 70 people seated at tables and twice as many standing or coming and going as in a reception. The Rotunda is directly connected to the large front patio, and these spaces can be reserved together for a discounted price.
Formal Parlor, Le Fer Hall

Located in Le Fer Hall, this, elegant and historic room accommodates up to 25 people. Its furnishings reflect the Italian Renaissance architecture of Le Fer Hall. It is carpeted, has floor-length draperies, chandelier lighting and an inglenook fireplace. The Formal Parlor serves as a space for meetings or small receptions.
Sullivan Parlor, Le Fer Hall

Located in Le Fer Hall, this beautiful room accommodates up to 100 people. Directly across from the Formal Parlor, Sullivan Parlor is contemporary and casual, while providing elegance for an intimate ceremony, rehearsal dinner or small reception.

Located on the first floor on the Conservatory, Pietrus Parlor is a formal area perfect for small meetings or conferences. This space can accommodate 50 people seated at tables.
Main Conference Room C, Hulman Hall

The Main Conference Room in the Woods Conference Center consists of one main room with adjoining kitchen/dining area. Outside of the Main Conference Room is a small lounge and restroom. Flexible seating arrangements allow for meetings using tables and chairs or a retreat space using sofas and chairs for a more comfortable, relaxing environment. The Main Conference Center has capacity for up to 40 guests.
Woods Conference Center Room A and B, Hulman Hall

Perfect for a small meeting or workshop, Conference Rooms B and C provides WI-Fi, a large wall-mounted computer screen and seating for up to 20 people. You may reserve these rooms separately or the entire Woods Conference Center, which consists of a large meeting room with adjoining kitchen/dining area and two classrooms.

Located on the second floor of Rooney Library, Meeting Room 2 is perfect for small meetings and workshops. It contains tables and chairs that are easily moved and configured to meet your seating requirements. It has capacity for up to 24 seated at the conference table.
