MLD Concentrations
The Master of Leadership Development offers three concentrations. All students must pick one concentration to complete alongside the core courses.

Organizational Leadership
The Organizational Leadership concentration provides a comprehensive understanding of how people and systems work together, with a strong foundation in business practices and management within a global and diverse society. It emphasizes ethical leadership, critical thinking and the practical application of business and leadership knowledge to navigate workplace challenges. This concentration prepares students for success in the not-for-profit and for-profit business sectors, equipping them to lead with integrity in a global context.
Psychology of Leadership
The Psychology of Leadership concentration explores the psychological principles of leadership, including traits, values, conflict resolution and emotional and cultural intelligence. It combines leadership and psychological theories with practical strategies for leading diverse and multigenerational teams. This concentration emphasizes individual and team dynamics, preparing students to navigate complex organizational change and excel in diverse environments.
Not for Profit Leadership
The Not-for-Profit concentration equips students to lead charitable, civic, and philanthropic organizations. It emphasizes specialized governance, ethical decision-making, and financial management, preparing graduates to manage resources, drive social change, and build strategic partnerships
