This virtual event is our Woods Online January New Student Orientation. We want to be sure that you are comfortable navigating through the technology we use for the coursework in our curriculum. We will also address frequently asked questions and any questions that attendees may have before classes start. This orientation is tailored for new students.
Once registered, we will send your login information directly to you. The orientation will take place via Microsoft Teams. More information will be provided to you one you are successfully registered.

How long will the orientation last?
We expect the orientation to last approximately 30 minutes and will have time for questions at the end of the presentation.
Is new student orientation mandatory?
No, the orientation is not mandatory but will help you understand technology and how to navigate our systems as you begin your enrollment at the college.
What will be covered in the orientation?
Not only will we answer any questions you have before classes start, we will also give a brief history of our college and go over the structure of a typical course. We will also give a short tutorial on how to best navigate the student hub.
