How does 3+2 work?

Our dual-degree program in engineering provides students a comprehensive education and a unique opportunity to engage with two different campus communities, doubling the number of real-world connection opportunities. After attending classes for three years at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, you can then enroll in your choice of program at Marian University’s E. S. Witchger School of Engineering:

  • Civil engineering
  • Mechanical engineering
  • Biomedical engineering
  • Chemical engineering

After completing the program, students will earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from SMWC and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Marian University.
