Jazzman's Café

Now open in the Rooney Library, Jazzman's Café offers quick sandwiches, salads and coffees for snacks or a quick "wake me up" between classes.

Library Facilities

The four floors of the Rooney Library, opened in 1964, contain 64,000 square feet of floor space with a planned book capacity of 250,000 volumes.  At present, the Library holds approximately 150,000 volumes. Areas within the Library that house special collections are:

• Community Education Center
• Curriculum Media Center
• Catholic Americana Room
• President's Room, housing the rare book collection

The Library maintains several rooms for meetings and classes:

• Two seminar rooms
• Alumnae Board Room
• Faculty Lounge with an adjacent kitchenette
• Audio-Visual Room
