Will SMWC accept all of my Harrison College credits?
We will complete a thorough evaluation of your transcript and review what will transfer with you. We cannot guarantee that all credits will be accepted; however, we are prepared to be as flexible as possible.
Is SMWC offering any scholarships and can my financial aid be transferred?
Yes, one of our financial aid counselors can assist you with transferring your federal/state aid. In addition, SMWC is pleased to offer Woods Online students the Harrison Transfer Scholarship of $2,000 and the Harrison Transfer 50% Scholarship for students interested in the residential campus program.
Does SMWC offer my major/program?
SMWC has a number of academic programs that were offered at Harrison College including accounting, business administration, RN to BSN and more. One of our admissions counselors will help you understand what is offered at SMWC and in some cases, it may be best to consider other transfer options.
Does SMWC offer fully online courses?
Yes, SMWC does offers fully online programs through Woods Online. We also have a robust list of majors/programs offered in our residential campus and a number of graduate programs.
When can I start classes with SMWC?
We start undergraduate students in Woods Online each August, October, January, March and May. Our residential campus undergraduate programs begin each August and January. We are a semester based institution.
Is a degree earned through the Woods Online program accredited?
Yes. SMWC is regionally accredited by The Higher Learning Commission.
