SMWC Crowned Western Equestrian Champions
The Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College (SMWC) Western Equestrian team closed out their regular season in style by winning the Zone 7, Region 1 Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) Regional Championship on Jan. 28-29, 2012.
Student Leadership Summit
The student senate of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College enlightened and engaged the student body during the first annual student leadership summit. As "Leaders Under Construction," the event's theme, students explored different management styles, debated issues in leadership and developed effective tactics for bringing people together.
Top Ten on 10 Scholarship Competition
Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College (SMWC) and WTHI-TV will present over $135,000 in scholarships to female high school seniors in the WTHI viewing area.
