Career Development Center Events
These events are designed to allow students and alumni to network with employers and learn about job and internship opportunities. Some research indicates that over 60 percent of jobs are found through networking. This approach is even more important for today’s college students, as they begin to enter a workforce that has proven to be unstable in recent months.
Career Opportunity Fair
Co-sponsored by Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and Indiana State University career centers, various organizations from across the country will be represented. Employers will be seeking interns, as well full-time and part-time employees.

The Mane Event - Equine Professional Applications
Students will research internship, part-time and post-graduate opportunities with equine-connected organizations. SMWC students have creatively paired equine interest with traditional fields. Not limited to those in the equine field/industry.
